Aiiron begins his journey

In order for us to achieve our goal of Automated Resolution Support, it was important that the chat bot came first. This would be the heart and soul of the product and it had to be able to communicate effectively.

Through the act of Natural Language Processing (NLP) we gathered large amounts of data on natural language in order to teach Aiiron to understand nuances and keywords used in everyday human interaction. That way Aiiron could not only understand the needs of users but anticipate them, allowing for instant issue resolution.

Aiiron was a hit and worked like a charm, but what’s the point of creating Artificial Intelligence Issue Resolution if it’s not convenient to everyone? It was imperative to give companies a way to access all this information and tickets or it wouldn’t be a viable solution.

Enter the dashboard, a way for you to see all the valuable information to keep your ship running smoothly. History, root causes, automated ticket creation, onboarding/offboarding, instant resolution, expense summaries, and more are all accessible with a click of a button.
